Costes du Rhone Society of Philadelphia
Inducts New Chevaliers
The Costes du Rhone
Society of Philadelphia, whose mission is to promote the wine
of the Rhone Valley of France, inducted eight new members from the
Greater Philadelphia Region, during a ceremony held April 13, 2006 at
the Park Hyatt in Philadelphia.
Patrick Galand, Grand Maitre of the
Commanderie, had came specially from France to assist Bernard Guet,
Consul of the Philadelphian Baronnie. |

This
exceptional evening introduced by the Region Rhone/Alpes, the House of France
and the City of Lyon, was placed under the Presidency of Jean Jack Queyranne,
President of the Region the Rhone/Alpes, Representative, Ancient Minister and of
Mister Gérard Collomb, Senator, Mayor of Lyon and President of the Region of
Lyon.
This evening concluded a mission which had so been able to carry the colours of
France in Chicago, Philadelphia, allowing this delegation to present the
companies of the Tourism Rhone.Alpes, the present manufacturers in the stand of
the show Bio.
Commanderie des Costes du Rhône, guest of honor, has concluded this
mission of the Region Rhone/Alpes by an exceptional chapter in Hyatt Hotel.

The eight new
Chevaliers include:
Stephanie Naidoff - Daniel Gunderson - Michael Scullins - George Perrier
- Richard Bendis - Alan Steven - Derek Fell.
In addition,
Daniele Thomas Easton was promoted from Chevalier to the grade of
Officier. |
